Snow chain characteristics decide how a snow chain is fitted to a wheel.

Fast & easy
It's the easiest, fastest and most intuitive way of fitting a snow chain on your car. Just put it on the wheel starting from the top. Then, simply push the pedal down with your foot and you can continue your trip.

External
The chain is fixed on the external side of the wheel, on one of the wheel nuts. You work only on the external side of the wheel and there are no elements behind. This chain model is particularly recommended for car/SUV with limited clearence behind the wheel.

Traditional - 2 stops fitting
The snow chain is fitted by first laying it behind the wheel on the ground. Then link a few parts to fit it on the wheel. A second stop of the car is required after 100mt to re-tight the chain.

Traditional - 1 stop fitting
You just have to stop your car once to fit the snow chain and then you can drive on safely. The chain will automatically get tightened while you drive.

The result of your research comes from compatibility tests carried out on vehicles using König snow chains. Said tests only refer to the vehicles as produced and commercialised by the manufacturer and tested by König S.p.A. The technical and manufacturing characteristics of vehicles and tyres can be varied by manufacturers. Said variations do not have to be communicated by the manufacturer. Variations can be introduced after tests carried out by König S.p.A. and can affect correct assembly and/or how snow chains work on the vehicle. König S.p.A. takes no liability for any difference in technical and/or manufacturing characteristics of vehicles and/or tyres tested to those of the customer’s vehicle and/or tyres. In any case, before using the snow chains, we advise doing a trial assembly test in safe conditions, checking, for a short stretch going slowly, that there is no interference between chain and the vehicle’s mechanical parts. The result of your research is purely indicative for the user. The latter must control and check that its vehicle and tyre characteristics allow the snow chains to be mounted and used correctly.

The result of your search proposes the KÖNIG chain(s) compatible with the size of your tyres and does not, in any way, take into account the type of vehicle and eventual limitations in the use of snow chains.

For this reason, we suggest that you consult the Owner Manual of the vehicle to verify eventual suggestions and/or restrictions regarding the use of snow chains on your vehicle fitted with your tyre size.
